Servicing Of Gas Appliances
It is important to have gas appliances serviced and checked for safe operation on a regular basis. By having your appliances serviced annually by ourselves you will be eligible for special offers and receive priority service.
Service Charges
Our current charges for servicing gas appliances start at £80* (including VAT) per appliance. Please contact us for further details.

Maintenance and Repair Charges
The Gas Shop will repair all gas appliances: including cookers, fires, boilers and water heaters.
Maintenance and Repair charges are £59* for the first 45 minutes, then £13.50* for each subsequent block of 15 minutes.
Landlords and Tenants
It is a legal requirement for landlords to have all gas appliances checked annually for safety and a gas safety certificate issued. Our charges for this work start at £80* per property. We will give a discount on the standard service charge if you opt to have the appliances serviced at the same time.
